We are inviting all our current and former pupils and staff, along with their families and our village friends to help us celebrate our upcoming 150th birthday!
We’d really like to take a commemorative picture with as many of our current and former alumni as possible.
Come and meet up with old friends and reminisce about simpler times!

School Event – Terms and Conditions
(Free Event for Current Parents/Guardians and Past Alumni)
1. Event Details and Organiser
The event ("the Event") is organised and hosted by Wolverton Primary School ("the School"), a school located in England. It is a free event intended for current parents/guardians of pupils, past alumni (former pupils) and their friends and family, and friends of the School. Attendance is by registration or invitation only.
2. Registration
Registration is required for entry and to help the School manage numbers, security, and catering (if provided). You must provide accurate details during registration. The School reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration without reason and without liability. No payment is required for this Event.
3. Right of Refusal and Removal
The School reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse admission to any person (or require them to leave the premises) without compensation. This includes (but is not limited to) if a person: breaches these Terms; behaves in a disruptive, abusive, threatening, or unsafe manner; fails to comply with school policies or safeguarding requirements; appears intoxicated; or is suspected of illegal activity. The School's decision is final.
4. Parental/Guardian Responsibility for Children
Children (under 18) may only attend if accompanied at all times by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult with parental responsibility. Parents/guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision, safety, behaviour, and welfare of any children they bring. The School does not accept liability for any loss, injury, or damage involving children, except where caused by the School's negligence. Parents/guardians must ensure children comply with school rules (e.g., no running in certain areas, respect for property). The School may require any child (or accompanying adult) to leave if behaviour is inappropriate.
5. Conduct and School Rules
All attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and in line with the School's values and policies. This includes no entry to restricted areas, unauthorised photography/filming in restricted areas, no damage to school property, and adherence to any health/safety instructions. Breach may result in removal from the premises.
6. Data Protection and Use of Personal Details
Any personal data provided during registration (e.g., name, contact details, relationship to the School) will be processed in accordance with UK data protection law (including the UK GDPR). This data will be used to administer the Event, including confirming attendance, managing entry, providing updates or changes to the Event (e.g., timings, location adjustments, or essential information), and fulfilling our obligations under these Terms. The School may also use it for related school community communications (e.g., future alumni/parent events). Data will not be used for unrelated marketing without separate consent where required. For full details, see the School's privacy notice [available on the school website or upon request]. By registering or attending, you consent to this use.
7. Health, Safety, and Liability
Attendees attend at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the School (including its staff, governors, and representatives) excludes liability for any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from attendance, except where caused by the School's negligence or as required by law (e.g., cannot exclude liability for death/personal injury due to negligence). Attendees should notify the School in advance of any accessibility needs or medical conditions.
8. Photography and Publicity
The Event may be photographed or recorded for school promotional, archival, newsletter, or website purposes. By attending, you consent to your (and any accompanying children's) image/likeness being used without compensation. If you object, inform staff on arrival and it is the responsible adults responsibility to ensure that any relevant children do not take part in any group photographs.
9. Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation
The School may alter the programme, timings, location (within the school site), or arrangements without notice (minor changes do not give rise to any claim). If postponed, registrations remain valid for the new date. If cancelled entirely and not rescheduled, no compensation will be offered as the Event is free.
10. Force Majeure
The School is not liable for failure to hold or perform the Event for any reason.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
12. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and the School regarding the Event. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full effect.
By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (and ensure any accompanying children or others comply).
